In their own words
Cash Flow Frog
Cash Flow Frog connects to accounting data to build rolling cash flow forecasts up to 36 months ahead. Users can view forecasts by day, week, month, or quarter and create what-if scenarios using reconciled bank balances, outstanding invoices and bills, and projections. Reporting includes cash flow statements, planned-versus-actual comparisons, and consolidation across multiple entities. Listed integrations include QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Xero, Sage Intacct, Odoo, Zoho Books, FreshBooks, Plaid, Excel import, and Zapier. Its MCP server allows compatible assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini to access live forecasts, add projections, or run scenarios. The Trust Center states that the service is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant, encrypts data in transit and at rest, and supports two-factor authentication. The maker says it is for small and mid-sized businesses and the accountants and bookkeepers who advise them. The product is web-based, has no free plan, and starts at $55.00 per month. A 14-day trial and 30-day money-back guarantee are offered. The maker says it does not replace accounting software or provide a full enterprise-scale FP&A platform.
