In their own words
Cash Pocket
Cash Pocket helps small businesses record cash coming in and going out, then organize that activity across separate books, party ledgers and reports. Each transaction can include an amount, category, payment mode, party and notes, with the running balance updated instantly. Separate books can be kept for shops, projects or accounts, each with its own ledger and members. Customer and supplier ledgers show balances and histories, and statements can be shared. Reports can be filtered by date, category, party or payment mode and exported as PDF or CSV. Trips track shared group expenses, splitting costs equally, by exact amount or percentage, with a settle-up option. Owner, Partner, Staff and Viewer roles have different permissions for books, members and entries. The service is available on Android, iOS and web. Its Free plan is free. Cash Pocket describes itself as a record-keeping tool, not a source of accounting, tax, financial or legal advice; users must be at least 18.
