In their own words
CashNotify
CashNotify is a desktop menu bar app that monitors Stripe and PayPal accounts and displays payment activity on macOS and Windows. It checks for events every minute, when opened, or when refreshed manually. Users can choose which captured payments, failed payments, refunds, and payouts appear and trigger notifications. Expanded payment entries show customer information and transaction fees; application fees and taxes appear when applicable. The dashboard estimates net revenue after fees, refunds, and disputes, and can aggregate selected accounts and periods. Graphs can use a chosen currency when connected accounts use different currencies. CashNotify connects directly to Stripe and PayPal with account API keys, so ecommerce services can be covered when they pay revenue through either provider. The maker says financial data passes directly between the computer and payment provider, without an intermediate CashNotify server; Stripe keys are stored in the computer’s Keychain. The free plan covers one account. A 14-day trial needs no card or account. Paid licenses are perpetual for the covered version and include 12 months of updates and support; continued updates require renewal.
