In their own words
Catcher
Catcher is a B2B last-mile marketplace that connects restaurants and other businesses with delivery drivers and fleets. It presents itself as a delivery partner for independent restaurants, chains, and franchises, with coverage across more than 350 cities in Spain and Portugal. Restaurants and drivers set their own terms, and the app alerts drivers when a delivery matches their price range. After a match, customers receive a message to track the order and see its location. Catcher offers Android, iOS, web, and API access, plus native integrations with management, loyalty, and order-aggregator systems that synchronize orders, menus, promotions, and customers in real time. Its API uses REST principles and OAuth 2.0; credentials must be requested from Catcher, and requests need an API key. The published Spain rates exclude VAT: merchants pay €0.99 per order for 0–500 monthly orders per location or €0.79 per order above 500, plus a €490, paid once implementation fee. Drivers pay €0.29, paid once per accepted marketplace order.
MyOrderBox
MyOrderBox is restaurant delivery management software for coordinating orders, kitchen timing and drivers. Its driver app links with the ePOS, sending orders from the kitchen to drivers’ phones; drivers can manage grouped deliveries on a map. The ePOS can send an order to the kitchen when a driver is a specified time away, after which the Kitchen Display System tells staff when to begin preparation. Other tools include driver tracking, route optimization, performance monitoring, driver payments, postcode lookup and caller ID. Orders can be grouped automatically, with address labels showing relevant order details.
Customers can receive order-status updates and track drivers in real time through the app or website. Listed integrations include Just Eat, Uber Eats and Deliveroo, plus aggregator providers such as Deliverect and Hubrise. The software runs on Android, iOS, web and Windows. Starter is free; Basic costs £29 per month, Professional £59 per month and Enterprise £99 per month. Restaurants must provide their own delivery drivers. The ePOS can work offline and sync when connectivity returns, but online access is needed to receive online orders.
