Overview

Digitate ignio AIOps is a cloud SaaS platform for observing and automating enterprise IT operations. It is best suited to organizations with complex, multi-layer environments that need monitoring, incident response and operational controls in the same platform. Its broad coverage is compelling, but the range of billing units makes careful cost planning essential.

Key features

Ignio monitors infrastructure, networks, databases, storage, cloud and Kubernetes, alongside logs, metrics, traces and events. It also brings together incident and event management, cloud optimization, business health monitoring, proactive problem management, risk mitigation and lifecycle automation. That breadth can help teams coordinate work across a mixed estate; organizations seeking only a focused monitoring tool may find the platform broader than they need.

Dynamic Behavior Profiling learns typical behavior across IT components, applications and operational patterns, then identifies deviations. Combined with AI-powered insights, root-cause analysis and outage prediction, this gives operations teams ways to investigate and act on emerging issues. Closed-loop automation supports remediation, with pre-built modular automations for servers, databases, middleware, networks, storage, cloud, SAP ERP, batch schedulers and endpoints. The library gives teams a starting point for repeatable fixes, while the execution-based charge means automation volume belongs in the budget.

More than 200 out-of-the-box adapters connect ignio with monitoring, ITSM, CMDB and workload tools, including ServiceNow, Splunk, Azure, AWS, Dynatrace, Datadog, SAP, PagerDuty, Jira, BMC Helix and Google Cloud. For enterprises consolidating existing toolchains, that range may reduce integration work. Autonomous Compliance Management adds more than 12,000 checks and 3,000 pre-built fixes, a substantial control set for organizations that need risk management alongside operations. Digitate lists SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications and 24/7 security monitoring; its SOC 2 Type II report covers security, availability, confidentiality, privacy, GDPR and HIPAA controls.

Pricing

Ignio is paid, with a free plan and trial also offered. Its product-specific trial is for the ignio AI Agent for IT Event Management: 30 days, no credit card required, connecting Azure Monitor and AWS CloudWatch data in a pre-configured environment. It is a useful way to assess that event-management workflow, but it does not establish the cost of using the wider platform.

Offering	Price and billing unit	Included capabilities
IT Event Management	0.10 USD per once, per event	Noise suppression, AI correlation and outage prediction
Document Assist	0.30 USD per once, per assist	Knowledge retrieval and low compute
Autonomous Compliance Management	0.50 USD per once, per check + per automation	12,000+ controls and 3,000+ auto-fixes
Insights Assist	0.90 USD per once, per assist	Live data queries and AI reasoning
Incident Management	2.00 USD per once, per incident	Auto-triaging, 100+ OOB tech models and 360° CI view
Performance & Capacity Management	6.00 USD per month, per node	Capacity forecasting and optimization
Proactive Problem Management for Ticketless Operations	6.00 USD per month, per node	Ticketless operations and predictive prevention
Intelligent Patch Management	6.00 USD per month, per node	Bulk patching and AI failure analysis
Automations	10.00 USD per once, per execution	Pre-built modular automations, self-heal and audit trail
Infrastructure & Cloud Monitoring	14.00 USD per month, per host	MELT telemetry and Kubernetes cost optimization

The lower per-event and per-assist charges can suit teams buying a narrow workflow, while per-node and per-host monthly charges are easier to relate to estate size. None is a single all-in subscription: event, assist, check, automation, incident, node and host counts can all affect spend. Buyers should map expected usage to each required module before committing.

Platforms

Ignio is a cloud deployment accessed on the web. Digitate also provides services and support, product and developer documentation, and a community for customer connection and exchange.

Who it's for

Digitate says ignio AIOps is used in retail, financial services, oil and gas, healthcare, utilities, insurance and technology-led enterprises. Its combination of full-stack telemetry, integrations, risk controls and automation is most relevant to organizations coordinating operations across substantial or varied IT environments. Teams that need a simple, fixed-cost tool or only one narrow function should weigh the multiple usage meters and module-specific charges carefully.

Pros and cons

Pros

Broad monitoring covers infrastructure through Kubernetes and telemetry, useful for teams that need visibility across technology layers.
More than 200 adapters and an extensive automation library offer substantial coverage for established enterprise toolchains and routine remediation.
Compliance checks and pre-built fixes add operational risk controls to the same platform, with stated SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications.
The 30-day, no-card event-management trial provides a defined way to evaluate a core workflow with Azure Monitor and AWS CloudWatch data.

Cons

Multiple pricing units complicate forecasting, especially when event, assist, check, execution and infrastructure usage are all in scope.
The trial covers the IT Event Management agent in a pre-configured environment, not every capability in the platform.
Its breadth may be unnecessary for teams looking for a single-purpose monitoring or incident tool.

Alternatives

Browse AIOps Platforms to compare more options. NetAI is worth considering for buyers who want a freemium option, a free tier for 1–10 devices, and API, Linux, self-hosted or Windows platforms. Choose ScienceLogic AI Platform when hybrid-cloud observability, 400+ out-of-the-box integrations and SSO/SAML are priorities; its Skylar One Standard starts at 5.00 USD per month, billed from $5 USD per device/month*. Causely may suit teams seeking its Professional Edition, priced at 2000.00 USD per month for up to 500 services, with published integrations and a dedicated Slack/Teams channel.

BMC Helix AIOps is another paid option, with pricing available by contacting sales. Selector is an alternative with a free plan. Keep offers a freemium model and a Growth plan at 199.00 USD per month, including 200 deduplicated alerts per month, unlimited ingested alerts, 100 workflows, 20 integrations, 10 users and two weeks of data retention. IncidentFox is an open-source alternative with community support through GitHub and Slack and a seven-day free trial. Vitria VIA AIOps is another paid AIOps option.

Verdict

Choose ignio AIOps if your enterprise needs full-stack monitoring, broad integrations, compliance controls and automated remediation together, and can budget across its distinct usage and infrastructure meters. Look elsewhere if predictable, single-plan pricing or a narrower tool is more important than that breadth.
