In their own words
CBRE CostLab
CBRE CostLab is a web-based application for estimating and comparing facility operating costs across more than 400 locations and 75+ asset types worldwide. It provides equipment-level estimates for maintenance and repair, custodial work, energy, grounds management, and pest control. Its Cost Library includes labor, utility, and inflation rates, maintenance tasks, operating details, recapitalization assumptions, and national indexes. The Building Wizard uses seven questions to create a component-level estimate; Project Builder groups maintenance and repair work into projects and estimates material, labor, and equipment needs. For capital planning, CostLab estimates equipment failure probability and helps prioritize replacements by portfolio risk and budget. Users can customize building models and adjust rates and task assumptions. It also identifies deferred maintenance by equipment and provides deferred-cost reports and Facility Condition Index estimates. Mass Data Export sends annual and average asset costs, yearly task costs, deferred costs, and inventory to Excel. Access is through a browser on a laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Paid plans include a 7-day trial; there is no free plan.
Hubler
Hubler is an enterprise AI agent orchestration platform for coordinating actions across people, systems, workflows, and AI agents. Its process moves through six stages: Translate, Coordinate, Govern, Execute, Measure, and Adapt. Prebuilt agents cover revenue, procurement, vendors, inventory, finance, leases, accounts receivable, store operations, manufacturing, and compliance. Recommendations and actions can pass through approval chains, policies, human review, role-based permissions, compliance checkpoints, and audit trails. Hubler lists AI services and frameworks including OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI, alongside ERP, planning, CRM, finance, and communication systems. Custom connections can use REST APIs or webhooks; some legacy systems can use CSV, XML, or SFTP. Active controls include encryption at rest and in transit, SSO, MFA, append-only audit logs, and logical tenant isolation. ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 are listed as certified; SOC 2 Type II is in progress with a 2025–2026 target. Mobile apps for iOS and Android support offline operation. Pricing is provided in a custom proposal, and a free, no-commitment 30-minute demo is offered.
