In their own words

CCM19

CCM19 is a consent-management platform for websites and apps, available through cloud and self-hosted deployments. It supports automatic blocking, consent records, advanced Google Consent Mode, IAB TCF, and geographic targeting. Banner design can be adjusted for colors, layout, logo, position, text, fonts, behavior, and CSS. Integrations include WordPress, CMS and store interfaces, Google Tag Manager, Analytics, Ads, Adsense, and ReCAPTCHA. CCM19 supports websites, iOS and Android apps, CMS systems, and stores. Its operator, Papoo Software & Media GmbH, is based in Bonn, Germany; the company says services and servers are hosted in Germany without data transfer to US providers. Customers can also run the software on their own infrastructure or use a download version. The free cloud plan includes one domain or app, 5,000 monthly impressions, one user, and two languages. Starter costs €7.90 a month with annual billing and includes two domains or apps and 20,000 monthly impressions. At the page-view limit, the consent mask is temporarily deactivated after warning emails.
