CCStorage
CCStorage is web-based self-storage management software for tracking tenants, payments and facility access. Customers can rent online, complete agreements and pay, while facility maps show vacancies, past-due tenants and other information across locations. The tenant portal lets customers view and pay invoices, update their details, enroll in auto-pay and find their unit. Automated SMS and email messages can send payment reminders and other notifications. A report center covers payments, invoices and past-due customers. CCStorage lists integrations with services including DoorKing, SpiderDoor, OpenTech Alliance, PTI, StorGuard and Nokē by Janus. The platform is mobile-friendly and supports operators with one or multiple facilities. Software is free with no monthly software fees or contract. Separate website plans cost $99 a month; setup tiers cost 99.00 USD once, 299.00 USD once or 499.00 USD once. Listed tenant payment costs are 3.99% for cards and 1.75% for ACH; the facility fee is shown as FREE.
