In their own words
CDviz
CDviz is an open-source platform for collecting, storing and visualizing software delivery events in the CDEvents standard. Its Collector gathers events from sources such as GitHub, GitLab, ArgoCD, Kubernetes, custom webhooks and HTTP polling, then normalizes them. Grafana dashboards cover DORA metrics, deployment tracking, incidents and artifact timelines. Events are stored in PostgreSQL with TimescaleDB; ClickHouse can serve as a Collector sink, but the dashboards currently require PostgreSQL. Teams can send event streams into downstream automation through webhooks, Kafka, NATS or SSE. The Collector, schemas, Grafana components and transformers are Apache 2.0 licensed and can be self-hosted at no charge. CDviz Cloud receives pipeline event metadata from customer-configured GitHub or GitLab webhooks, without reading source code or requiring write access. Cloud data is isolated by organization, and optional history import covers up to 30 days using a customer-created, scoped read-only token. Community is free forever; Cloud costs €20 a month per organization, excluding VAT, and Pro costs €200 a month per organization, excluding VAT.
Deviera
Deviera monitors GitHub and GitLab repositories and Vercel deployments for engineering friction, then can take structured action. Automations can create issues or tasks, notify Slack, and resolve work when the underlying problem clears. The service lists 107 automation templates, 32 trigger types, and 24 action types, with integrations for GitHub, GitLab, Linear, Jira, ClickUp, Vercel, Slack, and Sentry. From GitHub and Vercel events, it calculates Deployment Frequency, Lead Time for Changes, Change Failure Rate, and MTTR. Deviera says it receives metadata such as commit SHAs, branch names, workflow results, PR titles, and issue labels rather than reading source code. OAuth tokens and webhook secrets are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. It describes its security as built to SOC 2 Type II standards, while formal third-party certification is in progress. A free plan and a 14-day trial with no credit card are available. Paid plans start at $25/user/mo; the listed Team plan has a five-seat minimum. GitLab requires Team or higher, Sentry requires Pro or higher, and Jira supports Cloud but not Server or Data Center.
