Moss

Moss is a spend management platform for SMEs that combines corporate cards, accounts payable, reimbursements and accounting automation. Businesses can set card limits and merchant rules, create approval chains and purchase requests, and check budgets before spending. It offers physical and virtual Mastercard corporate cards, including unlimited virtual cards with real-time controls. Employees can upload receipts through the web or mobile app and add cost centres and VAT rates to transactions. Moss lists integrations with accounting software including Xero, Oracle NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Business Central, DATEV, AFAS, Exact and SAP Business One, alongside HR, SSO and productivity integrations. Its API supports custom integrations, automation, reporting and analytics. The free plan is free and covers up to 3 users, unlimited cards and up to 20 invoices monthly, using a debit-only wallet. Paid plans have no listed price and include expanded controls, integrations and onboarding support. Moss says its credit account can offer up to €2,500,000 with payment terms up to 60 days. Its stated security and compliance provisions include ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, GDPR compliance, DORA compliance and BaFin regulation under PSD2.
