It brings customer data, stock and store operations together across local and worldwide channels, with centralized inventory management and a real-time stock view. The platform supports multiple locations, offline mode and sales reporting. Store teams can use mobile dashboards to review performance and KPIs, and an AI-enhanced app brings retail operations and task management together. Cegid Retail Store Excellence adds operational communications and task management. Gift cards, vouchers, coupons and loyalty programmes can integrate with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Availability includes Android, iOS, web, Windows, API and self-hosted options. Cegid says the platform is used by more than 85,000 stores globally. Payment connectors use a standard API layer, though availability depends on the provider and scope of use. Pricing is on request; no free tier, trial or refund terms are listed.
