Centify
Centify is a web-based platform for calculating, approving, and paying incentive commissions. It is tailored to small and medium-sized enterprises, with sales, finance, and RevOps teams among its intended users. Users can build plans without code using tiers, accelerators, conditions, and waterfall logic. Supported incentives include commissions, bonuses, SPIFFs, ramping, real-time attainment, rankings, and deal exclusions. Centify automates calculations and provides approval workflows, flags, dispute resolution, clawbacks, audit trails, and payment exports. Reporting includes payout schedules, financial impact analysis, scenario planning, dashboards, forecasting, and validation checks. Listed CRM integrations are HubSpot, Salesforce, Close, and Zoho CRM; Microsoft CRM and SAP CRM are marked coming soon. Data can be imported and exported through Excel or CSV, and approved payouts can be routed to HR and payroll systems.
