ELO Digital Office
ELO Digital Office provides the ELO ECM Suite, a centralized platform for business documents, information, and automated processes. It stores and protects content through its lifecycle, supports search and collaboration, and automates workflows. Low-code tools support process modeling. The ELO Assistant handles conversational document questions, contextual understanding, suggested actions, and automatic summaries. Organizations can deploy the suite as cloud SaaS, a managed service, or on company servers or a private cloud. Listed integrations include Microsoft 365, Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce, abas, CAS, and middleware. ELO describes GDPR controls such as retention and deletion automation, dashboards, logging, export, portability, and encrypted storage. HIPAA-oriented role-based access, encryption, and audit logging are available when configured and used appropriately. The suite supports Android, iOS, web, Windows, API, Java, and desktop clients. ELO states ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification. Pricing is available through certified ELO Business Partners.
