Oracle NetSuite for Government

Oracle NetSuite for Government is a cloud ERP solution for small-to-midsize state and local governments. It brings fund accounting, grants management, general ledger, receivables and payables, cash management, and real-time financial reporting together. Oracle says its governmental statements meet GASB reporting requirements. Planning and budgeting cover budgets, forecasts, what-if scenarios, and reports; procurement includes requisitions, encumbrances, budget reporting, purchase order tracking, and approval workflows. Utility billing supports flat-rate and tiered-rate services, customer self-service payments, and service requests. The service combines human resources and payroll with financials, while role-based dashboards provide reporting, searches, KPIs, and analytics. Oracle says the service can integrate with other systems, with interface limits defined by the order. The Standard Edition has limits including up to 100 general users, 100 GB file storage, one country/currency combination, and 250 subsidiaries. Pricing is on request; the product page directs prospective customers to request a demo and does not state a trial offer. Oracle's April 2026 service description says the product has not been evaluated for accessibility and offers no accessibility representation or commitment about future plans or VPAT availability.
