Vision CAMA

Vision CAMA is VGSI’s Vision 8 computer-assisted mass appraisal platform for assessment communities. It supports cost, market, income, regression, condo value apportionment, and trending valuation approaches, as well as sales analysis with embedded GIS, IAAO-recommended statistics, and cost modeling tools. Administrators can add, edit, hide, or relabel fields, choose features in an admin module, and use a built-in Property Record Card editor. Reporting combines ready-made reports with drag-and-drop fields, filters, formatting, and exports. Vision Sketch lets assessors change shapes and see value impacts while sketching. The platform includes tax calculation, assessment tools, electronic filing, parcel data import, and audit reporting. VGSI says it can connect with third-party tax, billing, and building permit systems and provides GIS with bidirectional CAMA sync. It runs on web and Windows, uses Microsoft SQL Server and .NET, and has an optional cloud-hosting service. Pricing is on request.
