In their own words

CereProc

CereProc provides text-to-speech technology for personal use, business applications, and assistive devices. Its voice library includes multilingual and accented voices with emotional synthesis. CereWave AI uses deep neural networks to generate speech and offers controls for language, gender, accent, and age. CereVoice Cloud converts text through a web interface or API using purchased credits; users can play, save, and download audio. The maker lists customer service, education, content creation, and assistive technology as Cloud applications. SDKs support Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS, with online and offline operation. The cServer supports MRCP v1/v2, Microsoft SAPI 5, and C, C++, and Python clients, and is listed for Windows and RPM-based Linux distributions. CerePlay is available for Android, iOS, iPadOS, and Apple M-series Macs. CereVoice Cloud's listed plan costs £12.99 a month for 1,000,000 characters. There is no free plan. Commercial SDK users are directed to sales, and Windows SAPI5 and macOS voices are being deprecated.
