In their own words
Certhive
Certhive is a web service for creating and distributing certificates in bulk. Educators and organizations can import recipient lists from Excel, Google Sheets, or CSV, choose a template, and generate PDF certificates. They can deliver certificates by email or WhatsApp, or download them for sharing in class groups. Each certificate receives a unique verification link, while email tracking lets senders see when recipients open certificates. Users can add a school logo and adjust colors, fonts, and branding. Certhive is positioned for CBSE, ICSE, and state-board schools, coaching and tuition centres, EdTech courses, and corporate training. Its free Starter plan includes up to 50 certificates, three basic templates, email delivery, CSV upload, and basic support. Pro costs ₹1,999 a month and includes unlimited certificates, all templates plus custom designs, API access, brand customization, and priority support. Business costs ₹4,999 a month and adds team collaboration, webhooks and integrations, SSO, advanced security, and a dedicated account manager. A free trial is also listed.
