Overview

TensorPix is an online AI service for enhancing video and images, with separate tools for property and social-video creation. It is best suited to creators and teams seeking a cloud workflow that can cover both enhancement and production. Its broad format support and API are useful, but regular work quickly runs into plan limits on credits, storage and concurrent processing.

Key features

The Video Quality Enhancer can upscale video to 4K, with a maximum 4× upscale factor and frame interpolation. It accepts containers including MP4, MOV, AVI, MXF and MKV, and codecs including H264, H265, Apple ProRes, DNxHD, VP9 and AV1. Enhanced output uses H264 or H265 in MOV, MP4 or MKV. That makes it practical for mixed source libraries, though ProRes export is reserved for Basic, Plus, Business and Custom plans.

Other tools include a real-estate video maker, TensorShots for social video, a video compressor, an AI image generator and a 4K AI video generator. The property maker turns listing photos into a video in 10 minutes; project allowances range from six photos on Free to 15 on Standard, 30 on Premium, 40 on Elite and 60 on the listed business plans. Those lower tiers can serve smaller listings, while larger property workloads need a higher plan.

Processing is cloud-based and batch processing is supported. TensorPix estimates about five minutes for a one-minute video, while its general FAQ gives five to ten minutes for one minute of SD video. This is a reasonable workflow for queued jobs, not a substitute for instant local playback. The REST API connects TensorPix products with apps and professional editing tools, but requires a subscription plan.

Security controls include encryption at rest, two-factor authentication where applicable, password hashing, restricted data access and user deletion controls. TensorPix says it does not train its AI on user data, claims no copyright over uploaded or enhanced media, and deletes files when users delete them. Business deployments can run on-premise or in the cloud and distribute workloads across many servers.

Pricing

Free costs 0.00 USD per free, billed free forever. It provides weekly login credits, up to 720p input, 1 GB storage, basic Gen AI models and four filters per video; files are deleted after 30 days. It is a useful way to assess the workflow, but the resolution, storage and retention caps constrain ongoing projects.

Standard costs 5.50 USD per month (billed per month, billed annually). It includes 10 credits/month with rollover, up to 4K input, 10 GB storage, premium Gen AI models, four filters per video and 15 property photos per project. This is the entry paid tier for occasional work, though modest credits and storage leave little headroom for a steady queue.

Premium costs 12.42 USD per month (billed per month, billed annually) for 35 credits/month with rollover, 100 GB storage, five property-photo slots beyond Standard at 30 total, five filters per video and the Video Enhancer API. Elite costs 30.25 USD per month (billed per month, billed annually) and raises the allowance to 110 credits/month, 500 GB storage and 40 property photos per project; it keeps five filters per video and API access. These tiers suit heavier individual or small-team use, with Elite's larger storage and credit allowance the clearer fit for sustained throughput.

Basic costs 309.00 USD per month (billed per month, billed annually) and includes 1,000 credits/month, 500 GB storage, 60 property photos per project, H264/H265 export, enhancement of 20 videos at once and the Video Enhancer API. Plus costs 759.00 USD per month (billed per month, billed annually) for 2,500 credits/month, 1,500 GB storage and 50 simultaneous videos, adding ProRes export. Business costs 2299.00 USD per month (billed per month, billed annually) with 7,500 credits/month, 3,000 GB storage and 100 simultaneous videos, alongside ProRes export and API access. These are production-scale tiers; the steep price jump buys far larger quotas and concurrency, not merely incremental storage.

Custom has custom pricing, with custom credits, 100+ property photos per project, 3TB+ storage, H264/H265/ProRes export, enhancement of 100+ videos at once and API access. It is aimed at workloads beyond the stated Business limits. The service also offers a free trial, but its length is not given. Billing support is available by email or in-app chat.

Platforms

TensorPix runs on the web, offers an API, and supports self-hosted deployment for enterprise use. The main enhancement workflow is cloud-based; on-premise execution is an option for business deployments. That mix favors teams integrating enhancement into services or needing deployment flexibility, rather than buyers seeking a desktop-first tool.

Who it's for

Its combination of enhancement and creation tools suits content creators, digital marketers, agencies and social media managers. Film restoration specialists and e-learning professionals can benefit from the 4K upscaling and broad input support, while surveillance teams may value the enhancement focus and API. It is less compelling for occasional users who need high-resolution input, long retention or substantial volume without a paid subscription.

Pros and cons

Pros: Broad input format support and 4K output with up to 4× upscaling make it adaptable to varied video sources.
Pros: Enhancement, property-video creation, social-video tools and image generation sit in one service, reducing the need to split those workflows.
Pros: API access and enterprise on-premise or cloud deployment support integration and larger operational needs.
Cons: Free input is capped at 720p, storage at 1 GB, and files are deleted after 30 days, limiting it to trials or short-lived projects.
Cons: API access begins with paid plans, while ProRes export and high concurrency require much more expensive tiers.
Cons: Processing is cloud-based and can take several minutes per minute of SD footage, so it does not suit workflows that depend on immediate results.

Verdict

TensorPix is a strong fit for creators and teams that want cloud video enhancement alongside property, social and image tools, especially when API integration or enterprise deployment matters. Its wide input support and range of workflows are the main reasons to choose it. Look elsewhere if you need local desktop processing, or if you want substantial volume, ProRes export or long-term storage without moving well beyond the entry plans.
