In their own words
Challengermode
Challengermode is a competitive engagement platform that adds tournaments, leaderboards, and community competition features to games. It serves game studios, publishers, esports organizers, and brands. Organizers can manage registration, brackets, prize payouts, branded Spaces, and payment options. Brand tools cover automated campaigns, in-game reach, branded landing pages, and campaign measurement. Developers can use a documented GraphQL API with real-time data and modular features including tournaments and leaderboards. The company says the platform has hosted more than 35 million competitions, supports more than 200 games, and has players in more than 80 countries; it also states a 99.95% uptime SLA. Players can sign up free and access tournaments and communities, but must connect the relevant game account to enter a game's tournaments. iOS and Android apps are for players and do not include organizer features. Enterprise services include white-label integrations, custom development, esports management, and privacy-compliant player and audience data tools.
The100.io
The100.io helps video game players find groups based on play time, timezone, age, and preference for serious or casual play. Players can create sessions by choosing a game, date, start time, platform, and group, with optional notes. Others can join, waitlist, or reserve a place when a session is full. Members can join or leave groups, although some groups require admin approval. Discord accounts can be linked; the bot can recognize linked users, post their games, list upcoming group sessions, and create sessions from plain-language descriptions. Users can manage gaming email and mobile push notifications, including specific notification types. The service has web, Android, and iOS access, though most active development happens on the website. Basic functionality and finding a group are free. Supporters can make voluntary monthly contributions and cancel at any time; listed benefits include calendar sync, customization, and joining up to six groups. Personal API tokens are limited to supporters, and Discord Bots API access requires prior approval. Users must be at least 13 years old.
