In their own words
ChamberMaster
ChamberMaster is web software for chambers of commerce that brings membership management, billing, events, communications, and website tools together. Member profiles can include categories, logos, descriptions, offers, job postings, and multiple locations. Members can edit their own profiles, with changes appearing instantly on the website. Billing tools cover invoicing, payment processing, dues tracking, and automatic reminders; renewal reminders and online payments can also be automated. Event management supports registration, payments, discounts, and mobile check-in. Sponsorship tools track packages, fulfillment, revenue, and return on investment. Marketing features include email campaigns, landing pages, targeted campaigns, and SmartMail synchronization with Outlook or Gmail. ChamberMaster can work with an existing website or a built-in solution, and reporting covers sales, past-due payments, cash flow, progress, and ROI. The product is designed to reduce administrative work for chamber staff. GrowthZone presents it as a member-focused platform and says it serves more than 3,000 chambers. Pricing is on request; the supplied pages state no price. GrowthZone is based in Nisswa, Minnesota, and was founded in 1996.
