Cohentis connects strategic plans, expected benefits, initiatives, and evidence of whether teams adopt changes. It has three apps: Change portfolio for organisation-wide initiatives, Change plan for change managers, and Change mission for change agents. The portfolio maps benefits to initiatives and records each benefit's starting point, target, and latest measurement. Users set leading indicators, target values, and measurement rhythms; the app schedules measurements and flags due or overdue items. Change plans include a risk register and a timeline with sub-plans, milestones, measurement points, and dependencies. Change agents can open mission files without an account, capture what people say on a device, and send findings back as a file. The product links actions to risks, insights to conversations, and decisions to what prompted them. For Free and Pro, project data is stored as a file on the user's device, with no account or server holding the change project. The Free plan is free for one person and one project; Pro is $20 a month per change manager.
