In their own words
ChatInfer
ChatInfer provides unified AI inference APIs, chatbot deployment and knowledge-based assistants through web and API access. Its chat completions endpoint uses one request format to route calls across multiple large language model providers, with model routing, retries, fallback routing and rate limiting. A dashboard monitors request volume, token use, latency, errors and cost. The chatbot builder supports embeddable chat, knowledge-based answers, conversation logs and human handoff. Knowledge assistants answer questions from PDFs, Markdown files and web pages with source references. The service is in early access, and API access is limited to selected early-access users; official SDKs are described as forthcoming. The Free plan lists one project and 1,000 monthly requests. Pro costs $29 a month for five projects and 50,000 monthly requests. Business costs $149 a month for unlimited projects and 500,000 monthly requests. Enterprise pricing is custom. Listed paid prices are indicative and may change.
Korra
Korra turns uploaded documents into AI-powered search portals where users can ask questions and receive answers grounded in those files. Its GLYPH engine can pair text with diagrams, schemas, process tables, and financial graphs. Answers include links to source material, with navigation to a particular data row or video second. Administrators can organize knowledge, create branded portals and filters, set response personas, and review FAQ question-and-answer pairs. Portals can be published as pages, widgets, or SDKs; Search and Dashboard APIs, streaming events, and configurable UI widgets support integration with existing portals and dashboards. Listed upload formats include DOC, DOCX, PPT, PDF, CSV, MP4, and MOV. Korra describes deployment in a customer VPC, on isolated on-premises servers, and on tablets, with containerized isolation and knowledge distribution for isolated stations. The FAQ says it complies with ISO, GDPR, SOC2, and CCPA standards. The free plan allows up to 100MB. Business and Business Plus include automatic cloud sync, while Enterprise supports up to 2TB; paid prices are available on request.
