CheckWorkRights
CheckWorkRights automates employment entitlement and verification checks for employers in Australia and New Zealand. It covers VEVO, document verification, references, RSA, bankruptcy, and employee credentials; Australian VEVO checks determine entitlement to work in Australia. The service targets HR operations, talent acquisition, compliance, and legal teams, particularly at large employers with high-volume hiring. Candidates complete checks through the mobile-friendly MyCheck portal without logging in. CheckIntelligence uses job role and location to identify relevant checks, licences, and qualifications, then tracks renewals and expiries over the employee lifecycle. Available platforms include Android, iOS, web, and API. Integrations include Dayforce, SmartRecruiters, Workday, PageUp, and Paradox, with custom connectivity through REST API, webhooks, or file transfers. CheckWorkRights states that it is SOC 2 compliant, encrypts data in transit and at rest, and hosts its applications and API services on AWS in Sydney without storing data outside Australia. Pricing is by commercial agreement and available on request; a demo is offered at no obligation.
