ChiroScribe

ChiroScribe turns visit recordings into SOAP drafts for chiropractors to review. Users can record on the web, iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch, or import an audio file. Daily, New Patient, and Re-Exam templates define note structure, while writing preferences guide terminology, length, and tone. Providers can compare suggested proofreading changes with the original wording and choose which to apply. The product accepts X-rays, MRI images, and clinical studies; confirmed or amended findings can be added to a draft. It also prepares patient, imaging, insurance, and personal injury reports, and suggests CPT and ICD-10 codes for provider review. ChiroScribe is described as a documentation layer for use alongside an existing EHR. Workflows with ChiroTouch, Jane, and ChiroFusion use export-based chart handoffs; Enterprise includes custom EHR integrations. Solo costs $179/mo and Practice costs $299/mo; a 21-day trial is available. The maker states that PHI is encrypted at rest and in transit, with access audit logged. Audio is processed through OpenAI Whisper and is not stored on ChiroScribe servers; encrypted transcription text is retained for note generation.

EZBIS

EZBIS develops chiropractic practice-management and electronic health record software, serving chiropractors since 1980. EZBIS Office brings together billing, collections, scheduling, electronic health records, and patient self-check-in; practices can also combine modules à la carte. The suite is described as scalable from solo practitioners to multi-doctor and multi-location operations. EHR features include body diagrams, customizable panels, SOAP notes, exams, histories, imaging, care plans, and automatic billing-code posting. Practices can deploy the software on an on-premise server or use cloud hosting. The cloud option includes the same EZBIS Office software, automatic software and patient-data backups, and telephone support at no additional charge. EZBIS supports electronic claims, remittances, and eligibility through clearinghouses, plus built-in EMV card processing. The cloud plan costs $225 a month, billed flat rate per month. One-time options are Basic Billing System at $995, paid once and Complete EZBIS Office with 3 Users at $3,995, paid once. Cloud subscriptions require a one-year commitment, are priced per named user for one facility, and charge extra for clearinghouse electronic claims.
