ChiroSpring 360

ChiroSpring 360 is cloud-based chiropractic practice management software that brings scheduling, clinical documentation, billing, and patient engagement together. Its SOAP notes support customizable templates and macros, with more than 50 templates listed. Billing tools include automatic claim creation, claim scrubbing, and ERA posting; the Clearinghouse add-on includes a TriZetto account and connection. Appointment reminders can be sent by email, text, or voice, while GrowthHub plans add patient messaging and engagement features. The optional ChiroSpring AI add-on includes an AI Scribe, note rewriting, summaries of up to 30 notes, and a claims assistant that predicts payment likelihood for a CPT code. The cloud software requires no installation and supports Mac, PC, iPad, Android, and Chromebook; separate provider and patient apps are listed. Plans start at $149/mo, and there is no free plan. The maker says patient data is backed up in three U.S. locations and describes ChiroSpring AI as HIPAA compliant. Its FAQ advises providers to get patient consent before AI recording or transcription; requirements vary by state.

Soap Notes

Soap Notes is a coaching CRM for coaches and therapists that brings session notes, scheduling, billing, and client management together. Notes autosave, stay linked to the relevant client and session, and can use saved templates. Clients can book through self-serve pages, receive reminders, and use a portal; practices choose what appears there, while clinical notes are private by default. Two-way Google Calendar sync adds Soap Notes bookings to Google Calendar and blocks Soap Notes availability for existing events. The listed integrations include Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Google Docs, Google Drive, Stripe, Fathom, and Klaviyo. Zoom is not yet available, and Calendly is no longer connected. Soap Notes says data is encrypted in transit and at rest, team access is role-controlled, and it does not store card details. It runs on Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, web, and as an extension. The free plan allows up to five active clients; Standard costs $36 a month billed annually, and Teams costs $65 a month billed annually.
