Voxelizer

Voxelizer is Zmorph’s software for preparing jobs for 3D printing, CNC milling, and laser engraving. It turns 3D models into layers, generates G-code, and includes editing tools, 3D filters, support structures, and variable layer height. The Fab version adds CNC workflows with STEP operations, tool changes inside one G-code file, and toolpath visualization. Supported file types listed for Fab include STL, OBJ, STEP, DXF, PNG, and BMP; G-code is the listed output format. Voxelizer can map PNG and BMP images onto 3D objects for multi-material printing. Image mapping and color blending require the DUAL PRO toolhead, with the described blending supporting PLA and up to eight shades. The software supports Zmorph toolheads and workflows optimized for Zmorph printers. It is free, with no paid tiers stated. Windows and macOS are supported; Linux is described as experimental. Minimum requirements include 4 GB RAM, an OpenGL 3.3-compatible GPU, internet access, and 1280 × 720 resolution.
