FlowSavvy
FlowSavvy automatically schedules tasks in a calendar and rearranges them when plans change. It is available on Android, iOS, and the web, and syncs with Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, and iCloud Calendar. Users can drag auto-scheduled tasks to lock them in place and configure scheduling hours, dependencies, priorities, and due dates. It supports recurring tasks and integrations with Todoist, Claude, MCP, API, and Zapier; the public API is available only on Pro. FlowSavvy says it changes only tasks with Auto-Schedule enabled and leaves calendar events untouched. It can be installed as a standalone desktop app in supported browsers, but requires an internet connection and has no offline mode. Month and year calendar views are not currently available. The Free plan has limits on profiles, repeating tasks, lists, and scheduling range. Pro is listed at $14 a month billed monthly; the pricing note also lists paid plans from $10/user/mo (annual) and a 7-day trial.
