In their own words

Chunkbase Seed Finder

Chunkbase Seed Finder searches for Minecraft seeds that meet conditions you set. Choose Java or Bedrock and the game version, then search for biomes, islands, terrain height, nearby features, or feature clusters in the Overworld and Nether. You can measure conditions from world spawn, the origin, or custom coordinates. Nearby searches cover up to 2048 blocks in a square or circular area. Presets include island starts with a nearby village, several villages near spawn, speedrun-friendly starts, and a large mushroom island at the origin. Results appear in a list with a map preview; you can copy or favorite seeds, or open one in Seed Map. The app saves your conditions and latest search, including results, locally and restores them when you return. It works on phones and tablets, though a fast multi-core CPU can check more seeds in the same time. Searches stop at a result or time limit; Search more continues them. Spawn locations are estimates, and feature locations or sampled terrain conditions may be inaccurate or incomplete.

SeedFinder

SeedFinder helps Minecraft players locate structures near a world seed and player position, while SeedCracker searches for Bedrock seeds matching structures around supplied coordinates. Listed targets include villages, temples, ocean structures, ancient cities, mansions, portals, buried treasure, mineshafts, trail ruins, and trial chambers. The SeedFinder console runs scans in a browser using WebAssembly, without an account, key, or download. Its REST API accepts GET or POST requests and returns JSON, with examples for Python, Lua, and Node.js. The hosted API allows 60 requests per IP per minute, caps scan radius at 1,000 chunks, and returns no more than 200 results. An integration can display nearby structures in an in-game overlay through Flarial Client. SeedCracker requires coordinates for at least four structures. It also runs in the browser, but its hosted HTTP API is offline; the documented HTTP API runs on a local server. The site says browser scans run locally without connecting to the Minecraft world or a third-party seed map. The listed Free plan costs nothing.
