Church Central Cloud
Church Central Cloud is a church management platform for coordinating church operations and ministry. It combines member profiles, family and household links, visitor tracking, follow-up automation, small groups, and a self-service portal. Finance tools cover online and recurring giving, pledges, expenses, budgets, and tax-ready giving statements; Apple Pay and Google Pay are listed giving options. Churches can manage mobile QR check-in, event registration, service and volunteer schedules, facility bookings, and attendance analytics. Communications include email campaigns, WhatsApp automation, push notifications, in-app announcements, and live-stream integration. AI tools can answer member questions, draft emails, summarize sermons, and analyze reports, with human approval before publishing. The service supports online and offline use through PWA support and runs on Android, iOS, and web. The Free plan is free for up to 10 members and one branch. Foundation costs $15 a month and Growth costs $39 a month. The member app is free and can be added to a phone home screen without an app store.
