SignUp.com
SignUp.com helps groups coordinate volunteers, plan events, and manage activities through digital sign-up sheets and reminders. Organizers can schedule shifts, copy them across multiple days, allow participant swaps, sync calendars, and embed calendars. Participants may sign up without passwords, and plans include unlimited participants and SignUps. Organizers can add links to Dropbox, Zoom, and Drive or share sign-ups through social media. Plans include payment and contribution collection, though that option is unavailable to users outside the U.S. and Canada. Participants can use a mobile browser without an app download; optional organizer apps are available for iPhone and Android. Basic is free and includes one primary organizer, one custom participant question, one group page, and email support. Paid plans list priority email support, with coaching calls on some plans. Founded in Austin in 2009 as VolunteerSpot, the company adopted the SignUp name in 2016 and is headquartered in Austin, Texas.
