In their own words

Cin7 Omni

Cin7 Omni is inventory and order management software for businesses managing sales across multiple channels. It provides a real-time view of inventory across locations and supply chains, with barcode scanning, stock alerts, purchase orders and sales orders. Purchase orders can sync automatically with linked 3PLs, and 3PL integrations support automated order fulfillment. Native EDI connections support supply-chain and sales-channel workflows. Cin7 connects with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, QuickBooks, Xero and other platforms, and its app ecosystem includes more than 700 partners. The Omni comparison lists eight users, with more available for purchase, and unlimited inventory locations. Customizable workflows support online, wholesale and retail markets; multi-entity support automates intercompany stock and price adjustments. It runs on web, iOS and Android. A free trial is offered, but there is no free plan. Standard starts at $349 per month, Pro at $599 per month and Advanced at $1,199 per month, excluding taxes. Custom solutions are available for complex operations or needs beyond standard configuration.

InvenTree

InvenTree is a free, open-source inventory management system for parts management and stock control. It organizes parts into categories and links them with suppliers and supplier items. Other listed functions include purchase and sales orders, stock alerts, reports from custom templates, and a REST API with a native Python binding library. Its Android and iOS app supports barcode-based stock actions, editing part and stock information, and receiving purchase orders. It provides documentation and public issue tracking; paid support contracts and customizations may be requested. The free MIT-licensed plan supports self-hosted deployment and includes no support or maintenance obligation.
