In their own words
CircleCI
CircleCI provides CI/CD tooling for engineering teams to ship code and validate changes. Smarter Testing includes test impact analysis, dynamic test splitting, and automatic reruns of failed tests. Execution options include Docker, Linux, Arm, Windows, macOS, and self-hosted runners. CircleCI Cloud supports repositories hosted on GitHub, GitLab, GitLab self-managed, Bitbucket Cloud, and Cursor Origin, which is in beta. Teams can use Orbs, shareable configuration packages, and private orbs are available across listed plans. CircleCI Deploys lets teams monitor incremental releases and roll back automatically. Security controls include encrypted source-code communication, restricted contexts, audit logging, isolated build sandboxes, and OpenID Connect support. CircleCI says it is SOC 2 Type II compliant and has a FedRAMP Tailored designation. Its API supports programmatic interaction with pipelines, projects, and organizations. A free plan is listed, and Performance starts at $15 a month. Free-plan credits expire after a month without rollover; paid credits roll over and expire after a year.
FlakyWatch
FlakyWatch monitors GitHub Actions test results, classifies unstable tests, estimates CI and developer time costs, and tracks flakes as GitHub issues. Users upload JUnit XML through the FlakyWatch GitHub App and a workflow step; the service says agents and configuration files are unnecessary. Supported runners include pytest, Jest, JUnit, RSpec, and other JUnit-compatible tools. Tests receive stable, flaky, broken, or newly unstable labels with confidence scores. Generated GitHub issues include classification, impact, and recommended next steps, and can reopen when a flake returns. Dashboard metrics include blocked runs, main failures, affected branches, and cost per test. An optional weekly email digest reports new unstable tests, cost trends, and open issues. The free plan costs nothing and covers one repository with 14-day history. Starter costs $29 a month for five repositories and 30-day history; Team costs $79 a month for 20 repositories and 90-day history. Slack and CSV export are marked coming soon on Team.
