Clarity AI
Clarity AI is a web and API security platform for detecting hiring fraud and protecting candidate and employee identities through the workforce lifecycle. It analyzes behavioral, identity, media, and application signals to flag falsified work histories, synthetic personas, and inconsistent application data. During live interviews, it examines facial movement, lip-syncing, eye motion, voice patterns, and generative artifacts for possible deepfakes or voice clones. Identity verification combines behavioral signals, biometric proof, contextual data, interview recordings, government IDs, and liveness tests to connect a candidate with a persistent biometric identity. Clarity also looks for proxy candidates, bait-and-switch threats, and AI-assisted cheating through interview and assessment behavior. Risk notifications can reach email, Slack, or SIEM systems, while recommendations can appear in ATS, HRIS, and ITSM workflows. API access uses OAuth2 and a pre-generated JWT token.
