Happy Mood Score
Happy Mood Score is a web-based pulse survey and employee engagement platform for growing teams, including teams spread across offices or working remotely. It emails one question at a time, and employees can answer without logging in or installing an app. Questions can use standard or eNPS formats with custom answer options, and surveys can be scheduled daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly for a selected time zone and dispatch day. Dashboards display engagement scores, trends, team heatmaps, response-rate breakdowns, and score distributions. Managers can organize employees into teams and view team scores, response rates, and rankings. Employees can also give public kudos linked to company values. The site lists English, Spanish, French, and German, with each person seeing their own language, and says confidentiality thresholds protect small teams from responses being traced to individuals. The Free plan is free for up to 20 employees with all features; Growth is $19 a month for 21 or more employees, at a flat rate rather than per seat.
