In their own words
Clarus CFO
Clarus CFO is cloud software for tracking software spend, contracts, usage and renewals, as well as reconciling purchasing records. It compares purchase orders, vendor invoices and contracts, flagging price drift, vendor mismatches and missing contracts. Renewal tracking draws on contract dates and recurring charges, with alerts set 30, 60 or 90 days ahead and recommendations to cancel, renegotiate or downgrade. Negotiation drafts can cite usage changes and termination clauses, but require approver review before an email is sent. Connected integrations are read-only; actions such as subscription cancellation also need explicit approval. Data can come from accounting and identity connections, linked card statements, CSV uploads and, optionally, Clarus CLM contract data. Policy text can become executable approval, retention and documentation rules tied to evidence. Security details include tenant-level row security, encrypted credentials, TLS 1.2+ in transit, role-based access and per-action audit logs. The product is in Early Access, with partner onboarding and waitlist invitations as tiers open. It has no free plan, but lists a 60-day trial. Flat is listed at $79/vendor/mo billed annually, with a 10-vendor minimum; pricing is otherwise tier-specific.
Framesoft Artificial Intelligence (FAI)
Framesoft Artificial Intelligence (FAI) turns contract documents into governed, structured information for analysis, drafting, negotiation and contract management. It processes contracts, amendments, annexes and schedules in major formats, individually or in batches, and uses OCR to make scanned material searchable while checking recognition quality. FAI extracts configurable details such as counterparties, governing law, termination provisions, collateral arrangements and agreement dates. It validates those details against Framesoft Contract Repository structures, compares them with existing records and presents differences for approval before writing changes back. Talk to FCR supports natural-language questions about agreements, clauses, counterparties, documents and portfolios. Drafting can use verified repository data, approved templates, clause libraries and drafting rules. Negotiation analysis checks drafts and redlines against approved language and guidance, identifies deviations and suggests alternatives for review. Multiple AI models can work in parallel, with quorum-based validation and material decisions left to users. FAI integrates with Framesoft Contract Management and Contract Repository, and runs on-premises, in a private cloud or as SaaS on AWS. Pricing is available on request.
