In their own words

Clay

Clay is a spreadsheet-style platform for connecting information and automating work, aimed at salespeople, growth teams, and small agencies finding and reaching customers. It enriches data through more than 150 providers and can combine sources in multi-provider waterfalls. Claygent, its AI agent, can research the web and generate custom data points. Depending on the plan, users can track signals such as job changes, promotions, new hires, company news, social activity, and web intent. Integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake, and Google BigQuery. Clay can centralize audience data and sync ad audiences to LinkedIn, Meta, and Google. Its Salesforce integration can manage data, create or update records, and access reports and views. The Free plan allows up to 200 rows per table and excludes phone number enrichment. Actions measure platform usage; Data Credits cover data and AI from marketplace vendors. Clay says customer data is not used to train its AI models or those of its AI providers.

Stacksync

Stacksync synchronizes CRM, ERP, SaaS, database, and warehouse data in real time, with two-way sync and configurable write direction. It lists more than 1,000 production-ready connectors, and almost all CRM, ERP, database, and warehouse connectors are bidirectional by default. Some sources, including billing event streams and observability platforms, are read-only by design. Workflows can react to record changes and be configured in a builder or as YAML/JSON files. Event queues process system events in order and support automatic retries. Stacksync AI agents can read and write the live data its syncs maintain. It offers API, self-hosted, and web options, with advanced transformations and reverse sync. The company says it encrypts data in transit and at rest and keeps no copy of records in the sync path after writes land. Starter costs $1,000 a month billed annually; a 14-day free trial is advertised without a credit card. Starter includes one active sync and 50K records in sync.
