In their own words
Clay
Clay is a spreadsheet-style platform for connecting information and automating work, aimed at salespeople, growth teams, and small agencies finding and reaching customers. It enriches data through more than 150 providers and can combine sources in multi-provider waterfalls. Claygent, its AI agent, can research the web and generate custom data points. Depending on the plan, users can track signals such as job changes, promotions, new hires, company news, social activity, and web intent. Integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake, and Google BigQuery. Clay can centralize audience data and sync ad audiences to LinkedIn, Meta, and Google. Its Salesforce integration can manage data, create or update records, and access reports and views. The Free plan allows up to 200 rows per table and excludes phone number enrichment. Actions measure platform usage; Data Credits cover data and AI from marketplace vendors. Clay says customer data is not used to train its AI models or those of its AI providers.
The Official Board
The Official Board provides corporate organizational charts and alerts about changes in executive roles. Its coverage includes more than 80,000 companies with revenues above $100 million across 200+ countries and 85+ industries. Charts cover board members, CEOs, key officers, and N-1 and N-2 positions, including key subsidiaries; N-3 roles and below are not covered. Users can receive alerts about appointments, departures, promotions and reporting updates. Search filters vary by plan and may include role, country, industry, list, function, level or education. The company says its analysts validate roles and reporting lines, check changes against multiple independent sources and contact executives by email when appropriate. It reports verifying approximately 5,000 organizational changes each day, with API calls reflecting the latest validated information. The REST API provides company, executive, organizational structure and change data. Enterprise data can be delivered through API, SFTP or email, with selectable fields, update frequency and historical depth. The service is available on the web and by API, with a free plan; listed plan prices are not provided.
