In their own words
Clear Estimates
Clear Estimates is estimating software for residential remodelers, handymen, and general contractors. Its line-item database provides region-specific labor and material prices for more than 400 U.S. areas, with quarterly updates, and the pricing page lists more than 400 preloaded templates. Users can prepare itemized estimates and branded client proposals with scope of work and boilerplate language, then customize parts, templates, and boilerplate. Alternate prices can be added to a project as change orders. The software also creates payable invoices, with customers able to pay by credit card or ACH. QuickBooks Online and Desktop integrations are available to all customers; Pro adds estimate exports to BuilderTrend and connections to CRMs and other apps through Zapier. Standard includes one login, while Pro permits additional users for $9/month and can restrict sales users from changing prices or templates. The company offers setup walkthroughs, phone and email help, tutorials, videos, and monthly webinars. Standard starts at $59 a month when billed annually; a 30-day trial is listed.
Configure One
Configure One is web-based manufacturing CPQ software for configuring complex products, calculating prices, preparing quotes, and submitting orders. Its rules engine applies product constraints, dependencies, pricing logic, and manufacturing rules across configurations and quotes. Pricing options include bills-of-materials-based or dynamic pricing, customer price books, discount approval workflows, and multiple currencies. Distributors and resellers can configure products through guided self-service, with options, availability, and prices governed by channel- or geography-specific rules. The web configurator can display products in 3D and produce quote documents, specification sheets, and bills of materials. AI Model Builder drafts CPQ models from product specifications, drawings, and bills of materials for team approval. AI Seller returns configured, priced quotes but remains in beta, with general availability planned for January 2027. Listed connections include Salesforce and NetSuite through the Revalize Integration Hub, plus Acumatica ERP and WooCommerce. Configure One Cloud runs in the cloud. Pricing is available on request; the product pages direct prospective customers to request a demo.
