In their own words

ClearPolicy

ClearPolicy helps organizations distribute policies, collect sign-offs, and audit completion records. Teams can upload PDF or Word files, import copies from Google Drive or OneDrive, or write policies in its editor. Documents can be assigned to individuals or groups after importing a CSV roster. Recipients review and type their name to sign from a phone, tablet, or computer without creating an account. Smart Follow-up sends reminders for unfinished requests using viewing activity and deadlines. Completion can be tracked by person, group, or document, with reports exportable to CSV or PDF. Records include signed documents and electronic Certificates of Attestation, while earlier signatures remain tied to the version signed. The service supports Google Drive, OneDrive, Planning Center, Zapier, an API, and MCP assistant integrations. It is available through web and API access. The ClearPolicy plan costs $29 a month, includes unlimited people, documents, and team members, and has a 30-day trial.
