In their own words
Cleo AI Sales Agent
Cleo AI Sales Agent qualifies website prospects, presents visuals during conversations, books meetings on the appropriate representative’s calendar, and briefs that representative before joining. Visitors can use text, voice, or video in a browser at scoot.app, which also serves as a demo. Cleo is part of Scoot’s AI sales platform, which combines meetings, AI agents, and an intelligence engine. Scoot Engage has Mingle, Presentation, and Meeting modes for events, broadcasts, and sales meetings. Live Advisor provides real-time coaching on Scoot and on Zoom and Teams calls; that coaching is visible only to the seller’s team. The Brain can sync with a customer’s CRM, while Scoot Engage lists Google and Outlook calendar integrations. Agents connect to The Brain through API and MCP, with CLI also listed. Guests can join meetings free in a browser from a link without installing software or creating an account. Scoot says it is SOC 2 Type II compliant, does not use customer data to train AI models, and does not permit its AI providers to use customer data for general-purpose model training. Pricing is on request, despite a listed Free plan.
Patagon AI
Patagon AI connects paid advertising with WhatsApp conversations for lead qualification, meeting booking, follow-up, and buyer attribution. Its AI agents qualify leads in real time, reply in under three seconds according to the lead-qualification page, schedule meetings, update CRM records, and route qualified leads to sales representatives. Lifecycle agents send WhatsApp follow-ups for unanswered leads, proposals, reminders, and no-shows, stopping when the lead replies. Chats can carry UTM, referral, campaign, and ad-source tags so teams can compare conversation quality, qualified-lead rates, and bookings. When a lead qualifies and books, Patagon AI sends an offline-conversion signal to the ad platform. It connects to any CRM with an API and lists HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, and Zendesk as native connectors. WhatsApp is supported today; Instagram, Messenger, SMS, and email are roadmap channels. Pricing is on request. Onboarding may take from one day to several weeks, depending on integrations and internal complexity.
