Everee Onboarding+
Everee Onboarding+ combines worker onboarding, document collection, remote I-9 verification, E-Verify, compliance workflows, and worker document management. Authorized representatives can review identity documents remotely for I-9 Section 2 and submit the review into the system. E-Verify cases are created as I-9s arrive, with statuses tracked in one place. Workers can upload credentials such as RN, LPN, BLS, ACLS, CDL, MA, EMT, and custom certifications; administrators can review them and track expiration dates. Administrators can create reusable templates with variable fields for worker-specific contracts, NDAs, policy acknowledgments, and equipment receipts. Signature workflows specify the required signing sequence. Signed documents and verified credentials are stored with an audit trail. Everee says Customer Success assists with document configuration and I-9 and E-Verify setup, and that most customers are live in two weeks. Standard I-9 and onboarding workflows are included at no additional charge. Onboarding+ is priced per new hire, with pricing depending on workforce size and document complexity; no price is listed.
