iimpro gives Shopify merchants a way to sell through live video, shoppable replays and social content. Merchants can feature synced Shopify products during streams and interact with customers; checkout remains on the merchant’s existing Shopify checkout. After a stream, iimpro automatically turns it into a shoppable replay for the merchant’s website. Merchants can download stream content and make clips for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, while analytics cover product engagement, clicks, sales, peak engagement moments, video-influenced revenue and live-versus-replay performance. Selected streams can also appear in iimpro’s shopping marketplace. The platform is described for jewellery, fashion and skincare brands in Australia and the UK, and is available on Android, iOS and the web. The Starter plan is free to install, with no monthly subscription and a 6% commission on order subtotals. AI product and theme recommendations, and guidance on when to go live, are marked as coming soon. Sellers remain responsible for listings, delivery, customer enquiries and complaints, returns, refunds and applicable taxes.
