In their own words

ClickStack

ClickStack is an open-source observability stack for OpenTelemetry that brings logs, metrics, traces, session replays, and errors into one system. Its HyperDX interface provides Lucene-style search, SQL access, dashboards, alerts, event deltas, and event patterns. A bundled OpenTelemetry Collector handles native collection, while non-OTel wide event data can be used when it has a timestamp field. ClickStack stores data in ClickHouse and is designed for high-cardinality telemetry, with the product site describing sub-second queries even on petabytes of data. It supports self-hosted, hybrid, and cloud deployment. Managed ClickStack runs on ClickHouse Cloud with operations, scaling, upgrades, backups, reliability, authentication, and user management included. The managed offer advertises indefinite retention and storage below one cent per GB. An MCP server connects observability workflows with coding tools, collaboration services, runbooks, and custom agents.

TigerOps

TigerOps describes itself as an agentic AI observability platform for monitoring production issues and carrying out pre-approved remediation. It ingests metrics, traces, logs, and events for AI-based correlation, anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and forecasting. Its AI SRE Agent can detect incidents, identify causes, and execute actions such as restarting services, scaling deployments, or rolling back releases. Listed features include infrastructure monitoring, APM, real user and synthetic monitoring, error tracking, dashboards, and alerting. TigerOps lists more than 275 integrations, including AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, PostgreSQL, Redis, and PagerDuty. The free plan is free and includes five hosts, one-day log and metric retention, 1 GB of logs per day, 10,000 synthetic checks per month, one user seat, and community support. On Free and Pro, excess logs are dropped and trigger an alert. TigerOps says stored data uses AES-256-GCM encryption and API and agent traffic uses TLS 1.3. The company was founded in 2023 and lists offices in San Francisco, London, and Chennai.
