Client Hub
Client Hub is accounting practice management software that turns client communications into trackable work and supports workflows such as month-end close. Teams can create jobs with checklists, task owners, deadlines, statuses, and recurring schedules. Each client gets a workspace for file uploads, requests, and communication with the firm. AI tools can draft replies, summarize email threads, generate workflows and client tasks, and surface insights from reports. Client Hub connects with QuickBooks Online and Xero for transaction workflows and two-way syncing. Other integrations include Anchor, Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, SignWell, and Zapier, which connects to over 5,000 applications. It is available on the web, iOS, and Android. The mobile apps support messaging, tasks, documents, and real-time notifications, and show the 20 most recent documents; older files are available on the web. Pricing starts at $49/user/mo (annual), with a 14-day trial and no free plan. Charges are per firm user, while plans include unlimited clients and storage. The company says it encrypts data in transit and at rest and backs up data daily.
