Clio Docket

Clio Docket is a court-monitoring and filing-search feature inside Clio Work, not a separate subscription. It watches connected court dockets and alerts users in Clio Work when filings, motions, orders, or scheduling changes appear. From within a matter, users can search more than 1 billion U.S. federal and state court filings by party, case number, keyword, or court. Retrieved documents are named and saved to the relevant Clio matter folder. Coverage includes federal district, appellate, and bankruptcy courts, plus PTAB, TTAB, ITC, NLRB, and major state trial courts. Clio describes Docket as built for litigators already using Clio. It is included with Clio Work, which uses per-user pricing, but the displayed price is not available; some court materials may carry separate fees shown before purchase. Docket is available to eligible Clio Work customers in supported U.S. jurisdictions beginning August 18, 2026. Clio says its platform is SOC 2 Type II certified and encrypts data in transit and at rest. It also says Clio Work client information is not used to train external AI models.

LitDocket

LitDocket is legal docketing software that combines rules-based deadline calculations with AI analysis of uploaded documents. It extracts dates, parties, and deadlines for attorney review; AI-generated deadlines must be verified before activation. A trigger event can create more than 50 dependent deadlines, and updates cascade through that chain. The system covers federal rules and state courts in 14 jurisdictions, with citations and calculation methods available for each deadline. A priority-coded calendar, configurable alerts, and a morning dashboard surface urgent and overdue work. Teams can share cases with role-based access and see who is viewing a case; exports are available in CSV, JSON, and iCal. It runs on the web, through an API, or as a self-hosted deployment. The free tier becomes read-only after its 14-day trial if you do not subscribe. Solo costs $49 a month and is capped at 25 active cases; Team costs $149 a month and includes unlimited active cases for up to five members.
