In their own words

ClothesPlus

ClothesPlus is a self-hosted Paper plugin for Minecraft Java servers that adds wardrobe overlays, character creation, and related server tools. It layers shirts, pants, shoes, hats, accessories, jackets, beards, and full-body outfits over player skins. A cursor-based creator supports appearance changes and configurable race and class systems. Players can browse wardrobe items, preview changes in a 3D viewer, zoom, drag to spin the avatar, then confirm or cancel edits. Outfits can be saved and loaded. ClothesPlus can build and send a resource pack or use ItemsAdder, Nexo, Oraxen, or CraftEngine. PacketEvents is required; the current setup recommends Paper 1.21.x and Java 21. Optional integrations include LuckPerms and Vault. The free edition costs nothing, includes basic wardrobe and commands, MySQL synchronization, and limited overlay slots.

Skin Maker

Skin Maker is an Android app for creating and editing Minecraft skins for Bedrock and Java editions. Its 64×64 pixel editor includes brush, fill, eraser, custom colors, zoom and a 3D preview. Users can also describe a character for AI skin generation or dress a spinning 3D model with more than 80 clothing pieces and recolor them. The app includes community skins and packs, featured creator skins, and Java player skins searchable by nickname. Bedrock creations export as .mcpack files and Java skins as PNG. Creating, saving and exporting personal skins are free; AI generation and premium packs use credits, which can be earned by watching an optional ad. The app is ad-supported and requires no account. Created skins and drafts remain on the device until exported or deleted, though Android Auto Backup may be an exception. The privacy policy says prompts are sent to Hugging Face and advises against including personal information. Optional purchases go through Google Play; the maker says it does not receive or store card details.
