In their own words

CloudPano

CloudPano lets users create and publish 360° virtual tours and host 360° video chat calls. Users upload 360° photos, connect scenes with hotspots, choose starting views, and reorder scenes. Published tours can be embedded on websites through a provided link, so viewers need no app or plugin. Tours can also be published to Google Street View and Google Maps, and can include 3D dollhouse or 2D floor plans. White-label features let customers use their own logo and domain and remove CloudPano branding. In-tour video calls support up to four participants and can be joined from any device without an app download. The maker names photographers, real estate agents and brokers, vehicle dealers, manufacturers, entrepreneurs, and sales teams as intended users. Tours require 360° photos with a 2:1 aspect ratio, and one photo is enough to begin. A free plan is listed. The pricing note says paid plans start at $19/mo (annual); the Pro plan is $22.50 a month billed annually and includes three published projects.

RICOH360 Tours

RICOH360 Tours is a mobile-first service for capturing, sharing, and viewing 2D and 360-degree virtual tours, aimed at property listings and promotion. Its mobile apps connect to a RICOH THETA camera for room-by-room image capture. Optional AI enhancement improves 360-degree image quality and corrects skew. The AI Video Maker creates a marketing video from up to 15 selected 360-degree images, while AI Virtual Staging Beta places virtual furniture and accessories in vacant rooms; delivery is described as taking 10–60 minutes.

Tours can be shared by link or social media, embedded in a website, and reviewed in a management console with visitor frequency and referral analytics. The service is available on web, iOS, Android, and API. The Free Starter plan costs nothing and includes unlimited active tours and storage, 10 AI staging rooms, no floor plan generator, and full HD 1080p video. Pro costs $39 a month billed annually; Business costs $59 a month billed annually. Both paid plans include unlimited active tours and storage, but differ in staging allowances and tour controls.
