CloudSpot
CloudSpot gives photographers online client galleries, print sales and tools for managing client work. Gallery visitors can view images, download them, mark favorites and purchase prints or digital files. Studio Manager includes contracts, invoices, client portals, lead forms and scheduling. Its Print Store supports prints, products, digital products, album and card design, and automatic fulfillment through print labs. The Free plan is free, billed forever, with 5 GB storage, up to 3 client galleries, JPEG files and a 2048px download limit. The pricing note lists paid plans from $7/mo. Named plans show $3 a month for the first 3 months, with regular prices of $7, $17, $34 or $50 depending on plan. Paid plans include full-resolution downloads, a Client Portal and abandoned-cart emails for print products. CloudSpot is listed for web, Android, iOS and extension use; its gallery apps are web shortcuts rather than app-store downloads and cannot display images offline. Invoicing and online payments are available only in the US, and invoices incur a 2.5% transaction fee.
Flickr
Flickr is an online photography community for managing, sharing, and discovering photos. Users can store and organize images, make galleries, and explore galleries from photographers they follow. Groups, contests, and a photography blog provide community activities, while daily curation and Creative Commons images support discovery. Privacy settings let users choose default visibility and control who can view, download, or interact with individual photos and videos. The mobile app can upload camera-roll photos and videos automatically, keeping them private until the user chooses to share them. Image recognition can find visually similar images and assist with search and organization. Users may authorize third-party apps to work with their accounts and later revoke access in settings. Flickr offers an API for non-commercial use; commercial use requires prior arrangement. The free plan permits 1,000 public photo and video uploads and displays ads. Flickr Pro costs $8 a month, billed annually, and includes unlimited full-resolution sharing and backup, ad-free browsing, detailed statistics, and enhanced privacy settings.
