In their own words
ClubSpark
ClubSpark is a sports club management and booking platform for clubs, coaches, operators and national associations. Its tools cover booking, membership, websites, CRM, coaching and event management. Customers can book and pay online for courts and classes, with immediate payments, payment requests, recurring bookings and block bookings. Clubs can create mobile-friendly websites, add custom pages and news, and update content through the built-in content management system. SmartAccess supports remote facility management, gated access, booking-linked entry codes and automated floodlighting. The ClubSpark Booker app for iOS and Android lets registered users find venues, book courts and view upcoming bookings. ClubSpark lists use for football, cricket, basketball, tennis, padel and pickleball clubs. Plans begin at $20 a month billed annually, with a 12-month contract and a 30-day trial; there is no free plan. Basic is limited to 150 members, Standard to 500, and Premium lists unlimited members. ClubSpark says payments run through Stripe or GoCardless and it does not access card payment information.
SportEasy
SportEasy combines administration and sports management for amateur teams and clubs, with tools for managers, coaches, players, and parents. Teams can organize calendars, event invitations, attendance, automatic reminders, lineups, and assigned tasks. Messaging supports email or push notification preferences and sharing photos, videos, and PDF files. The app tracks team and player statistics, supports live game updates, and allows post-game ratings and votes. Teams can collect online payments and track who has paid; cash and cheque payments can be entered manually. Clubs can import official match calendars from partner federations. SportEasy says its platform is hosted in France at European data centers and that encryption, access, and retention policies protect personal data. It also says it does not store payment information and users can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data. The free Basic plan is limited to 30 registered members. Premium includes unlimited members and full team management features, priced at €5.75 a year, billed as 69€ per year, or €9.99 a month. SportEasy is available on Android, iOS, and web.
