Coach.me

Coach.me combines habit tracking, community support, and coaching for goals related to health, productivity, personal life, and business growth. Its free Habit Tracker supports unlimited habits, progress tracking, community participation, weekly and monthly trends, reminders, Q&A, and step-by-step plans. Users who want individual guidance can choose Habit Coaching, which provides daily support through private in-app chat. Coaches can be browsed by specialty and reviews, or matched through CoachMatch using goals, personality, and coaching style. Leadership Coaching adds twice-monthly live lessons, a peer lab, and weekly leadership lessons. Coach.me is available on web, iOS, and Android; the tracker also lists an iPhone Today widget and Apple Watch check-ins and reminders. The free plan includes habit tracking and community Q&A. Habit Coaching is $87.00 per month, and Leadership Coaching is $150.00 per month. Users can hide a goal’s check-ins and notes from their profile, but posts in its Q&A remain public. Chats are private between user and coach, though anonymized transcripts may be reviewed for coach certification.

Routinery

Routinery helps users build habits and routines with timed sequences of steps on Android and iOS. Its timer guides users through each task, with options to pause, skip, adjust time, advance automatically or play white noise. Voice alerts and push notifications provide prompts while routines are underway, and users can schedule them by weekday and time of day. Daily, weekly and monthly tracking includes completion analytics. Routinery also offers popular routines and celebrity routine recommendations. Through MCP, it can connect to ChatGPT, Claude and other AI assistants to view, create and edit routines. The connection uses OAuth 2.0, and routine changes require explicit confirmation. When connected this way, routine data is shared with the AI platform selected by the user. The Free plan costs nothing and allows two routines with unlimited checklists. Premium Monthly costs $5 a month, and Premium Annual costs $36 a year. Routinery describes the app as useful for people managing ADHD, busy schedules or habit building.
